Totally happy & sad when I see old home movies.

This year will be different, I will no longer be buying my dad his favorite Hickory Farms, or a nice vest or jacket.

This year hurts.

But I’m so thankful for my children, and grandchild for the joy they will bring.

I get everything done before Thanksgiving so I can sit back and enjoy all the holidays.

For any of you that may feel sad this year

just do it, just get out the Christmas tree

sit and enjoy the lights,

and the new hope that it may bring to you

enjoy thanksgiving with your family

and enjoy every single minute of the Christmas traditions
